We are currently underway on this large catamaran refit. The owners of this 40ft Simpson cat are planning to live-aboard and requested some extensive modifications to have it remodeled to their liking. A few of the major changes are walk-through access into the cockpit, new aft steps, full width foam/epoxy duckboard, foam/epoxy extension of the existing hardtop, mainsheet track mounted on the hardtop, new water tanks and new design composite davits. These are only the major jobs, there are also a long list of other smaller jobs.
