The wake-board tower on this Bayliner was about to collapse and putting stress on the mounts. The owner asked for a new Indy tower to be fitted which was mounted in a different position and required the old mounting areas to be repaired and refinished. There were no backing pads fitted to the old tower so this caused extensive stress cracks around the mounts. The new tower was fitted with large composite board pads epoxy glued in place to reinforce and spread the load of the mounts. We also fitted the four Indy speakers to the back bar. As usual there were other areas in need of repairing so we set to work repairing anything on the exterior that needed attention. This included the underside of the hull where the boat was put up on stands. All the gelcoat got a full acid wash and cut/polish to restore the gloss. The owner had recently got the upholstery redone so the boat looked sharp as at delivery and ready for another few years of service!
