We were called to refurbish this teak bowsprit on this 52ft Flybridge Sport Fisher. Once started on the brightwork we found that the stainless skid plate for the anchor had delaminated and was buckling up when the anchor was stowed. After the varnish work was completed we Sikaflexed this back down again and weighted it with bricks to hold in place. While using the sealant we also resealed around the edges of the bowsprit with a neat cove. Other jobs were added while on board which were some teak panels in the flybridge needing re-varnishing and some paint touch-ups on the cabin side window frames.
