This 11m sailing catamaran was damaged on its swing mooring with another boat becoming entangled and damaging it on every side. This catamaran is built from epoxy and balsa core and all repairs were done using epoxy. Once hauled out the damaged areas were repaired and prepared for painting. Both outside hulls needed repainting which was done in a special spray booth to suit this sized boat. Other jobs were a section of the Targa bar cut out and repaired due to dry-rot, both daggerboards were repaired and re-painted, and the aft engine hatches were replaced. The mast was needed to be taken off so that it could be moved into the spray booth. After painting all paint edges were then blended and buffed to complete the finish. The mast was re-stepped, boom re-fitted and headsail re-hoisted.
