The awning support fittings were breaking away from the Targa arch and cracking the fiberglass. These areas were ground back and glassed, then filled, faired and refinished in gelcoat. The colour match was done onsite and then polished in to the original gelcoat. We refitted the awning fittings and bars using Fixtech sealant for a good bond and seal. The owner asked to get on top of the Targa arch to reseal the fittings on top as they were leaking into the arch and dripping out of the down lights below.
