A repeat customer bought himself a brand new Haines after downsizing from his 23ft Cruise-Craft we had in here a while back. One issue was that after delivery he noticed a nasty scratch in the new gelcoat on the underside of the hull, but the other was that he had no mooring cleats apart from two at the back. When he ordered the boat he requested an anchor winch which deleted the front bollard however nothing was fitted in its place. We repaired a couple of other small nicks in the gelcoat and fitted 4 new pop-up cleats, 2 on the bow and 2 midships for springer lines. He is now ready for the water once again and can tie his boat up!
