This owner wanted more fishing room out the back on this Hamilton 23. The boat was set up more for entertaining and the aft deck was encroached by the coaming which was cut away to make more space. The other thing that was requested was a new Targa bar to replace the old heavy alloy […]
This is another major re-build we did on this 10m power catamaran that started off as a small dry-rot repair and spread rapidly to almost a full wheelhouse replacement. The top roof was mainly structurally intact but all the cabin sides and front were replaced. Also part of the fore-deck and one of the bow […]
This was a major onsite job that involved the re-building of this beautiful Atkin motor cruiser. Unfortunately almost all of the orginal cabin needed replacing due to dry-rot. The boat was built by the owners grandfather so was very important to the family and it was nice to see the family continue the legacy. The […]

This couple use the truck to carry their horses to various events and wanted the double bed sized sleeper unit to […]
This Cruise Craft had the transom replaced. We had to replace the transom knee as well which was rotted out. Something we always try an do is get rid of the alloy trim on the top edge of the transom and glass over this edge. This not only seals the edge but also reinforces it. […]
A resort had a number rooms with problems such as this. The spas were quite a few years old and the steel reinforcement was rusting and breaking the composite liner. The rusted steel needed to be cut out and removed and then the repair was laid up with glass to build back again. The finish […]
We did a cad designed concept for this customer to visualize the end result. All mod’s were done in epoxy for high strength and custom flexibilty. This boat needed a new transom firstly and then the new engine pod was integrated into the hull and hull stringers. The wet-well was cut away and a custom […]
This Haines almost lost its engine the transom was so bad. The engine was of a large size so the new job needed to be very strong. Using epoxy again this guaranteed a stronger transom than original. We also had to replace part of one of the hull stringers.
