This Ozsea plate boat’s screen window got hit by a rock while behind the car and needed replacing. Being toughened safety glass, a template was made and sent away to be manufactured. The window had a black border which needed to be matched to the rest of the screen. Once received,  it was fitted using glazing tape and sealant. This boat is back in action again and ready for the high seas!
