The topsides of this boat were resprayed in Wattyl Poly-U. The first part of the process is to repair any star cracks or defects in the hull. Then the entire surface was primed with epoxy high-build primer which creates a strong etch to the hull. This also fills any minor defects or sanding marks in the surface. Once the primer has been rubbed back the paint can be applied.
