This recently purchased cruiser was a bit run down and needed some upkeep. The owner asked us to fit a new holding tank for the toilets as it never had one. For some reason the front cabin side windows were not fitted and were taped over so we installed new acrylic in the frames and refitted these. The other issue was the back deck above the aft cabin was very soft so we pulled down the lining above the bed and found that the structure was all rotted. This was all replaced and rebuilt stronger than it was. Another job was to replace the old deck hatches which leaked and couldn’t be locked because the striker plates had corroded off. These were replaced with high quality Vetus hatches to make water tight and lockable again.
