We were asked by Saint Phillips Christian College from Salamander Bay if they could bring their marine studies class in to visit our workshop. They were keen to make this an interactive experience for the students so we set up some hands-on activities for them to participate in. There were almost 20 students in attendance with their teacher. The activities included sanding/fairing and fiberglassing with plenty of interest in participating from the students. We also gave the class a tour of the workshop and the various jobs being worked on. A fun time was had by all!
