Some of you may have seen this boat in our posts before, in fact its been in our shop a number of times! We started with refurbishing the hull underside section, then on another visit we repaired the floor, then the biggest undertaking, we designed and built a custom integral composite windscreen which became part of the structure similar to a wave-breaker, and then repainted the entire exterior including the alloy hardtop. This time it was in for a new transom, rebuilt using composite and epoxy to suit a brand new extra long shaft outboard engine. The engine was also increased in horsepower so we ensured that this new transom was up to the punishment! While it was with us the owner also asked for a soft spot in the floor to be repaired and some other small jobs.
