It never ceases to amaze what a difference a refurbished or new windscreen can make to the appearance of a boat. In this case we replaced the old acrylic in the screen which was cracked and crazed and about to fail, with new grey tint acrylic. The process is quite involved and requires some technique but once all is assembled again and mounted back on the boat it is well worth the effort. Typically you should get at least 10 years out your acrylic however if you can keep it out of the weather you should get much more life out of it.
