It’s always a good idea to keep the water on the outside of the hull! This Wave runner sustained some major damage after a collision on the water. Almost big enough to put your fist through it, this needed rebuilding the skin with multiple layers of fiberglass cloth and epoxy, laminating until the equivalent thickness was achieved. Filled and faired with epoxy, the shape was regained and then primed and refinished. Black polyurethane was used to refinish, blended and polished in.
