The owner of this older Whittley Monterey bought the boat knowing it needed some TLC. Nothing serious but just some cosmetic work to bring it back up to near original condition. The work included some glass repairs around the bowrail bases where there was damage and also a section near the helm console, extensive gelcoat repairs, repainting of the badge plates, re-antifouling above the trailer, sealant cove around windows and a full detail consisting of an acid wash, cut and polish. All the old stickers were removed and the badge plates were repainted to match the royal blue on the hull. The boat took on a much cleaner look with nearly all the gelcoat damage repaired and colour matched to the original colour. The owner was holding off using the boat until the refurb work was done so now he can enjoy his shiny new vessel!
